Defective and damaged products will be replaced. This does not affect our statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Why don’t we accept Returns?

Each art print is made to order, so we do not hold inventory or resell returned items. It also aids us in offering unique and personalised prints and products. We appreciate your understanding and support for this sustainable practice.

Damages & Issues

If a print is damaged in transit, we will replace it. We will ask for images of the packaging and the item, and videos of the damage so we can supply them to our shipping service to cover the insurance.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
