Due to the nature of print on demand, all of our prints and products (with the exception of digital downloads) are made to order at participating fulfilment centres around the world. This allows us to lower international shipping costs, comply with EU Trading Regulations for trading globally, reduce carbon emissions and maintain faster shipping times. The fulfilment centre operating on our behalf will produce and prepare your item as soon as you have placed the order and payment has been received (usually within 2-5 working days). Your shipping time will then be added on to that time-frame and will vary depending on your geographical location.

    General Shipping Timeframes:

    • UK and EU (4 - 8 days)

    • US (4 - 6 days)

You will be notified by email shortly after placing an order with us and notified on your estimated delivery date and any future steps. You will also be able to track your parcel with our approved, participating couriers.

(Please note, that whilst most orders are fulfilled within five to ten working days, some orders can take up to 20 working days to fulfil. For more information, please visit our shipping page.

  • Our standard rates are £3.59 to £10.59, depending on the weight (calculated at checkout).

If your parcel contains a lot of items, those guidelines may vary.

  • Your parcel is tracked through your local fulfilment centre and local courier.

You will receive notifications and emails via the email address you provided us with at the time of your booking. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has left it’s local fulfilment centre, and is on it’s way to the courier who will dispatch it to your address. You will then receive an email or notification from the participating courier in your area once your item is out for delivery.

  • Due to the nature of print on demand (and in compliance with EU laws) we presently only offer full refunds to EU based customers.

If an item is lost, found to be damaged or impaired in any way, we will issue an instant replacement, free of charge, regardless of geographical location.

For more information on this, please see our Refund Policy.
