“ I am an artist who loves to tell stories. My paintings represent a playful study and deep exploration into the polarities of both light and dark, told through the lens of folklore and fantasy.”

I have recently created a Brand New Fantasy Story Blog page featuring tales and stories about the characters that are featured in my fantasy story art prints! These creatures or ‘characters’ all share one commonality —
They all live and dwell in the Land of Numa.
If you like tales of dazzling fairies, mischievous witches, fire-breathing dragons, mystical mermaids and treacherous werewolves then look no further than at my brand new fantasy story series titled:
A Glimpse of Numa
You can read all of these stories for FREE
on my fantasy story blog page.
*Story blogs are scheduled for publication with the release of each new fantasy art print. There are loads of new characters to look forward to (including elves, mermaids, dragons, goblins, brownies, gnomes, and so much more), so STAY TUNED as there are new releases and updates regularly added to my story blog as each new episode is released.
There is also a share button & comment section at the bottom of each blog so you can offer feedback and engage with all the new stories. If you like my stories, then please share them with your friends! It really does help me to grow as an artist and writer! You can also subscribe to my mailing list to stay updated on all of my latest content, news, print releases and stories! ❤

The latest instalment in our fantasy series is titled:

What’s my Vision?
There are three main things that I wish to convey and evoke through my artwork and stories:
A) A sense of childlike curiosity and wonder
B) A deeper connection to ourselves and the natural world around us
C) A strong focus on books and the magic that can be found within them
“Some day you will be old enough to start reading fairy tales again.”
— C.S Lewis
In this modern day, we are growing in ways that we could have never even dreamed of. AI and technology are coming to life in ways that we could have never anticipated, and life in cyber form is rapidly becoming our new norm.
But with this rise in technology, there is also a darker, more sinister side: A growing tendency to ignore our own connection to the organic side of our planet (and also our very real dependence on it).
As an artist and writer, I desire to create artwork and stories that help us to reconnect with our childlike sense of curiosity and wonder, and to pair that curiosity with a renewed awareness of why we must never forget to honour and look after our natural world.
For the foreseeable future, you can expect to see a large collection of fantasy paintings and stories from me (all of which maintain a strong appreciation for nature and storytelling).
“I believe that fantasy & folklore is relevant and important for us and our planet, especially now!”
Why is folklore and fantasy important?
A) Fantasy helps us to go within ourselves and ignites our imagination, curiosity, and creativity
B) Folklore reminds us to be kind to nature and to honour our planet
My fascination with fantasy and folklore stems from a strong love for the fairy realm, teamed with a desire to use my abilities as an artist to create beautiful imagery to help create a stronger bond between us and the natural elements of the earth.
Many folklore creatures including fairies, gnomes, dwarves, and elves etc, have been depicted in countless tales and stories as embodying a strong connection to our planet, and are often seen as ‘the care-takers’ of the forests, mountains, oceans and seas, as well as the natural elements (earth, fire, air and water), and all of earth’s inhabitants. Because of this, I view them as the perfect ambassadors to play centre stage in many of my paintings, stories, and prints.
It is my hope, that my artwork and stories can help to inspire and to connect, to remind us not to forget about the magic that is waiting to be discovered, within ourselves, and within the world around us!
